Large employers often post one title for several teams, so these can be separate openings.
We file this job under Analyst, by the work the posting describes.
Analysts answer business questions with data. They pull numbers with SQL, build reports and dashboards, and explain what changed and why to the people making decisions.
Most postings ask for SQL, spreadsheets, a dashboard tool such as Tableau or Power BI, and clear writing.
Unlike a data scientist, an analyst mostly explains what happened rather than building models that predict what will.
This job is for you if you are naturally curious and enjoy turning data into meaningful business insights. You are eager to learn about consumer behavior, category dynamics, and what drives growth for leading brands. You combine strong analytical skills with attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team to solve client business challenges.
