We are a multi-award-winning organisation, with a global 2,500+ strong team across 12 studios.

Our expanded portfolio includes some of the biggest titles in mobile gaming, collectively reaching top chart positions around the world and engaging over 25 million daily active users.

Tripledot’s guiding principle is that when people love what they do, what they do will be loved by others.

We’re building a company we’re proud of. One filled with driven, incredibly smart and detail-orientated people, who LOVE making games.

Our ambition is to be the most successful games company in the world, and we’re just getting started.

This role sits within our Peoplefun studio.

PeopleFun is an award-winning creator of mobile games for players across the globe. We are a Dallas-based game studio founded and maintained by game industry veterans, where game developers thrive on collaboration, creativity, teamwork and fun. Our games are played by over 25 million players each month, and we have a number of exciting mid-core and casual games in development. Our mission is twofold: excellence in creativity and data-driven product innovation, and to be a best-in-class workplace providing unique opportunities to learn and exercise curiosity.

Role Overview

PeopleFun Games is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to own analytics for our New Games division, which rapidly prototypes and market-tests multiple game concepts. This is an individual contributor role with influence across multiple titles and the authority to set analytical standards and priorities for the team.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leadership to turn complex data into clear recommendations that shape product direction in an AI-forward environment. We launch and sunset multiple games every few weeks. You’ll thrive here if you’re energized by speed, comfortable making decisions with incomplete data, and able to build analytical foundations that hold up as the portfolio constantly changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support rapid decision-making: Define and uphold best practices for interpreting data so teams can reach confident conclusions quickly to iterate on each game.
  • Design experiments: Partner with Product and Marketing to design A/B tests with clear hypotheses, metrics, and guardrails.
  • Own dashboards and reporting: Build and maintain scalable Looker dashboards that give Product and Marketing actionable insight into core game KPIs such as retention, monetization, gameplay engagement, and user acquisition performance.
  • Govern AI-assisted analysis: Define and uphold quality standards for analyses and visualizations that non-analytical teammates produce with AI tools. Review outputs for correctness and sound interpretation, without becoming a bottleneck.
  • Engineer data context and skills for AI: Improve the semantic layer and question-to-source routing that our AI tools rely on, and measure their accuracy so trust in AI-generated insights stays high. Build and test reusable AI skills that help teammates speed up data work.
  • Safeguard data quality: Work with engineering to validate tracking and data pipelines, and investigate and resolve discrepancies that affect reporting.
  • Balance consistency with new-game needs: Keep New Games analytics aligned with established metrics and definitions from our mature titles wherever possible, and make deliberate, documented choices where new concepts need something different.

Skills Required:

  • 6+ years analytics experience, including time in product or games analytics
  • Expert-level SQL and Looker skills
  • Deep experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B, sequential, multivariate)
  • Experience with semantic layers and writing context or reusable skills for AI tools, and a practical understanding of where AI analytics tools succeed and fail
  • Comfort turning ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks
  • Experience partnering with Data Engineering to shape scalable data infrastructure and validate data quality
  • Track record of influencing product and marketing decisions with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work from our Dallas office in a hybrid arrangement. Reasonable relocation support is available for qualified candidates in the United States that are open to relocating to Dallas.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in mobile or free-to-play games, with a genuine passion for games and player experience
  • Familiarity with mobile advertising and user acquisition data
  • BigQuery
  • Python or other scripting languages
