The Role
As a Team Lead, Technical Data Analyst you will serve as a player-coach - guiding a team of analysts while also executing complex data work yourself. At this level, you are developing your people management skills while leveraging your product, industry, and technical knowledge to advance. You will be the technical anchor for your team, providing the daily guidance needed to navigate complex data challenges and meet project deadlines. You take the vision set by leadership and turn it into reality, ensuring the team stays aligned with our core processes. Your focus is on problem-solving and technical steering, acting as the first line of support to ensure your team's success. This role focused on the functional coaching and project delivery.
