  • Lead end-to-end analytics projects – Own initiatives from opportunity identification and business case development through to delivery and value realisation.
  • Translate complex data into business insights – Develop clear and compelling analyses, dashboards, and recommendations that support decision-making.
  • Apply commercial thinking – Evaluate opportunities, quantify business impact, and align priorities with strategic and financial outcomes.
  • Influence decision-making – Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop capability across the team – Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to the adoption of analytics best practices.

  • A strong stakeholder manager – You confidently engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A capability builder – You enjoy mentoring others and helping teams grow capability.
  • Curious and adaptable – You thrive in ambiguity, ask thoughtful questions, and seek opportunities for improvement.
  • A clear communicator – You can translate complex analysis into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or Technology related areas
  • 5+ years' experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related field
  • Experience leading end-to-end analytics initiatives delivering measurable business value
  • Advanced SQL and experience with at least one analytics language (e.g. Python, R)
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau)
  • Experience driving adoption of analytics platforms, standards, or best practices
