  • Lead Site of Care patient-data operations, including vendor onboarding, data requirements, feed monitoring, data-quality and contract-compliance oversight, issue escalation, and reliable downstream delivery.
  • Respond to complex stakeholder data inquiries and translate business needs into actionable patient-level data requirements, extracts, and analyses involving enrollment, status, brand, claims, payer/coverage, and other patient attributes.
  • Serve as a trusted patient-data subject matter expert and point of contact for data definitions, source-system differences, limitations, data-quality investigations, onboarding, and reporting readiness.
  • Ensure compliant processing, storage, access, and use of patient-level data in alignment with Amgen Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and Information Security policies, including access controls and audit readiness.
  • Support connected patient datasets and Patient 360 initiatives by defining linkage requirements, validating data connections, aligning business rules, documenting lineage, and improving the usability of integrated patient data.
  • Drive continuous improvement through scalable data-management practices, including standardized onboarding, data-quality monitoring, status and issue tracking, automation, lineage, traceability, and self-service capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across patient data operations, including data-quality monitoring, documentation, issue triage, file monitoring, KPI validation, and stakeholder self-service.
