Job description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support business growth by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely maintenance of Article Master Data across official country ranging systems. This role acts as a key analytical partner to CTC teams, driving insights, identifying risks, and supporting decision-making through data governance and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as systems expert (SAP, RMA, DMT, Sysphera), providing support, trainings, and ensuring proper user access.
  • Maintain and validate Article Master Data, ensuring consistency across systems and readiness for ranging and margin analysis.
  • Support CTC teams during ranging by performing data checks prior to sell-in and ensuring accurate seasonal setups.
  • Manage key data processes: pricing (RRP, WSP/LCP), forecasts (FC), seasonality, catalog listings, and availability checks.
  • Publish and maintain official price lists for country alignment.
  • Own reporting and provide analytical insights, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for the business.
  • Act as a strategic partner to CTC, raising alerts and supporting decision-making through data analysis.
  • Support Golf category management, including pricing and local market alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvements, including opportunities for automation and AI-driven analysis.

    Key Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Master Data Management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Experience in reporting, data analysis, and business performance tracking.
  • Advanced English Level
