About the role
This role sits at the intersection of People Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Operations, and Programme Management. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights to improve talent outcomes, enable strategic workforce decisions, and support business transformation initiatives across Talent Acquisition and the wider People function.
The role requires strong analytical expertise, dashboarding and visualization capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to convert complex workforce and hiring data into meaningful business insights.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR stakeholders, Finance partners, and business leaders, the role will drive data-led decision-making, operational excellence, and strategic transformation.

Essential Skills / Experience
Essential (Technical Skills)
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Power BI
- Advanced Excel
- Power Query
- Data Visualization & Storytelling
- Experience designing dashboards, scorecards, KPI frameworks, and executive-level reporting.
- Strong analytical capability with experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, Talent Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Business Operations.
