- Act as an advisor to the technical team: help set up the environment correctly, define how it should work, and provide guidance
- Take ownership of the connection gateway
- Review all existing connections, clean them up, and improve the setup before further work can begin
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant BI/platform experience
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI Service administration, platform support, or production operations
- Strong knowledge of Power BI administration, including workspaces, permissions, dataflows, semantic models, refreshes, and connections
- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and Power BI or Microsoft Fabric Git integration
- Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric, including capacities, workspaces, pipelines, and OneLake
- Experience with on-premises Data Gateway, connectivity, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of deployment processes, security/access management, PowerShell, and REST APIs
- Ability to troubleshoot platform, infrastructure, performance, and data refresh issues independently
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher
- Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and work independently
