Capability Development Build and maintain a high-performing team of data, analytics, engineering, governance, and AI professionals. Define competency frameworks, learning paths, certifications, and career development plans.

Education & alternatives

Required Qualifications - to be reviewed - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Business, or related field. - Master's degree (MBA/MS) preferred.

Role Summary

We are seeking a 15+ years experienced Practice Manager - Data & Insights to lead the growth, delivery excellence, and capability development of our Data & Insights practice. The role will be responsible for driving business growth, solutioning and presales, portfolio management, capability building, talent development, and client relationship management across data, analytics, AI, governance, and insights services.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership & Growth

Define and execute the Data & Insights practice strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Drive revenue growth, pipeline creation, and margin performance for the practice.
Develop industry-specific solutions and go-to-market offerings across Data, Analytics, AI, Governance, MDM
Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and growth opportunities.

Presales & Solutioning

Lead RFP/RFI responses, client orals, and solution development.
Collaborate with sales teams to shape opportunities and build winning proposals.
Develop business cases, effort estimations, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
Present solutions and value propositions to client executives and stakeholders.

Capability Development

Build and maintain a high-performing team of data, analytics, engineering, governance, and AI professionals.
Define competency frameworks, learning paths, certifications, and career development plans.
Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
Build long-term client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
Lead executive governance discussions and strategic business reviews.
Drive client satisfaction and account growth initiatives.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

Develop thought leadership content, case studies, whitepapers, and market insights.
Promote the adoption of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics within client solutions.
Represent the organization at industry forums, client events, and leadership discussions.

Required Qualifications - to be reviewed

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Business, or related field.
Master's degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
12-15 years of experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Management, AI, or related domains.
5+ years of leadership experience managing practices, portfolios, or large delivery organizations.
Strong experience in consulting, presales, solution architecture, and delivery governance.
