Vuori is looking for a Product Analytics Manager to join our Merchandising team and deliver data-driven insights that inform product, merchandising, and assortment decisions across the business. This individual will analyze product performance, identify risks and opportunities, and translate complex data into clear, commercially relevant insights. Partnering closely with Merchandising, Planning, Strategy, and Data & Analytics, this role will help improve how Vuori evaluates product performance, measures newness and assortment productivity, and makes decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

Assortment Reporting & Tools

  • Assess the performance and incremental contribution of new products, carryover products, color extensions, and product refreshes. Evaluate assortment breadth, depth, productivity, and balance.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and tools that support product expansion, rationalization, localization, assortment architecture, and lifecycle management.

  • Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and communicate findings in a concise, commercially relevant way.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Analytics teams to improve data models, reporting workflows, dashboards, and self-service tools.

Data Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Own and maintain an ETL-enabled Product analytics sandbox for prototyping, testing, and validating new product attributes, hierarchies, metrics, and data models.
  • Champion Product Attributes. Improve the accuracy, consistency, and usability of product attributes, product hierarchies, and merchandising data.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring analyses, close reporting gaps, and develop scalable tools that support both executive summaries and detailed product-level analysis.
  • Explore advanced analytics and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve the speed, quality, and accessibility of product insights.
