What You'll Be Doing:
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the programme performance measurement framework.
- Define evidence requirements and acceptance criteria for action closure.
- Establish documented criteria for Green, Amber, and Red status reporting.
- Develop periodic programme reports and performance dashboards.
- Support the validation of performance measures and proposed amendments.
- Ensure reports clearly distinguish between: Verified facts, Analysis, Assumptions and Unresolved matters
- Support the preparation of steering committee and executive briefings by providing reliable, decision-ready information.
Key Deliverables
- Verified action-closure evidence.
- Periodic programme performance reports.
- Executive programme dashboards and reporting packs.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelors Degree in any relevant discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience from a similar profile within rail projects.
