## Join our Team About this opportunity The purpose of this role is to ensure that all data ingested by Purchasing Assistant is accurate, relevant, compliant and aligned with business needs. You will be responsible for formalizing, maintaining, and continuously improving the knowledge, rules, and workflows used for guiding the end users purchasing decisions— ensuring that the Purchasing Assistant operates consistently, compliantly, and efficiently. This position is part of the Global Transactional Sourcing BSS&SSC team, acting as the Purchasing Assistant interface bridge towards sourcing category managers, process and end users. What you will do • Knowledge formalization and documentation by identifying undocumented sourcing rules, category-specific conditions, and local procedures • Collaborate with Sourcing category managers & SSMs to capture and validate knowledge • Translate informal practices into formal, structured documentation that can be used by Purchasing Assistant when guiding users • Maintain a centralized knowledge base • Purchasing Assistant Governance & Optimization by defining how sourcing category knowledge is ingested, structured, and updated in the PA • Oversee prompt review and update to ensure accurate, compliant, and relevant responses • Collaborate with Purchasing Assistant Product team( both business team & IT team) to refine models, responses, and workflows based on user feedback • Data Monitoring & Governance by validating data accuracy, completeness, and readiness before ingestion into Purchasing Assistant. • Implement and maintain data quality frameworks and review cycles. • Identify recurring user pain points, gaps in knowledge, or incorrect guidance. • Identify anomalies, redundancies, and gaps in sourced datasets. • Collaborate with product owner to agree on key KPIs • Serve as the primary liaison between PA, Sourcing category owners, Process & BISO to ensure data alignment with business needs • Translate business requirements into clear data validation and enrichment criteria in the Purchasing Assistant • Recommend improvements to sourcing processes and category management • Drive standardization across categories and regions, globally wise • Identify usability improvements based on end user feedback and support clarifications on Purchasing instructions and training materials You will bring • Sourcing process knowledge (especially for Tail) • Basic principles for sourcing category knowledge • Fundamental AI • Advanced communication & Stakeholder management • Analytics skills • Holistic approach to problem solving • Ericsson internal tools & systems landscape understanding • Agile ways of working • Risk understanding & Management ## We offer you competitive benefits • 25 vacation days/year; • Medical & life insurance; • Career plan mentoring; • Referral bonuses for recommending your friends to work at Ericsson; • Flexible benefits from your favorite brands available on flexible benefits portal; • Gym subscription (available in flex benefits together with a series of other options); • Internal learning platform to develop your knowledge, skills, and proficiencies & curated external content -- articles, videos, courses, podcasts, and books from external libraries such as Skillsoft, Pluralsight, Big Think, EdX, TED Talks, Khan Academy, YouTube, and the open web itself (learning platform mobile-enabled) • In case of travel, daily allowance, transport, and accommodation will be paid by the company. • Part of an active community via Brand Ambassadors, CSR Activities, Sports Teams.
