Responsibilities of the jobholder:
- Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls
- Delivering the contracted service level
Regular tasks:
- Daily and other BAU tasks to deliver:
- Compare abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentation
- Production of database reports
- Efficient management of own workload and ability to support other team members in their workload
- Managing and being part of the back-up system within the team
- Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents relating their job
