Revenue Management Analyst, Asia | Turn Data Into Commercial Impact.

Love analytics and love driving commercial outcomes? Are you a sharp analytical thinker ready to join a fast-moving growth company transforming the way the world's businesses travel?

At FCM, we combine cutting-edge technology with a people-centric mindset to transform our clients' travel programmes. Globally & locally connected, fun & energetic, flexible, and a little unconventional; that's our FCM way!

About the Opportunity

As a Revenue Management Analyst, you'll own the performance of our Air content across a diverse portfolio of markets in Asia. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on complexity and wants to shape commercial strategy, not just report on it.

You'll combine sharp analytical thinking with commercial judgement to identify opportunities, influence key stakeholders, and drive margin outcomes across the region. Working within a globally connected Revenue Management function, you'll own your regional content picture end-to-end—understanding what's available, what's missing, what's mispriced, and what needs to change—then translate that into clear commercial recommendations.

This role reports into a dual line (Global Head of Revenue Management and Regional Supply Leader) and will be based in Singapore. It's a genuinely complex environment with significant diversity in customer requirements, business models, and supplier dynamics across markets. Perfect for someone who wants to own an outcome, not just manage a process.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor Air content weekly to build comprehensive understanding of pricing, restrictions, and eligibility terms across your portfolio
  • Apply consistent analytical frameworks balancing supplier content, consultant behaviour, customer needs, and FCTG margin
  • Proactively track performance trends, spotting opportunities and identifying risks across your markets
  • Monitor private fares, content, and warehouse data to ensure quality and competitiveness
  • Support Code of Conduct and consultant-behaviour monitoring to close compliance gaps
  • Execute content strategies and coordinate actions across Procurement, Pricing Delivery, Brand leadership, Operations, and Technology teams
  • Deliver periodic performance updates to Brands, driving actions to improve content and capture missed opportunities
  • Support implementation of FCM's centralised pricing strategy
  • Own and drive team-wide or regional initiatives, tracking and reporting ROI through the team's existing reporting cadence
  • Present opportunities to increase front-end margin and/or back-end income
  • Validate AI-generated outputs and correct for interpretive bias before acting on insights

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 2-3 years' experience in an analytical or pricing role (travel industry experience with GDS & NDC preferred)
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with ability to identify market gaps and opportunities
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI or other reporting systems
  • Comfortable operating with limited day-to-day direction and high autonomy
  • Critical thinker who can define the right question, not just answer the one given
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to balance conflicting priorities
  • Commercial influencing skills with ability to work with stakeholders across departments with differing priorities
  • Excellent team player who can multi-task and juggle several responsibilities competently
  • AI tool fluency preferred, with willingness to validate AI-generated outputs
