As we continue to scale, we’re expanding our senior and AI-native Data Team. We work on a modern cloud stack with a semantic layer, AI agents and automation on top. Every team member is expected to bring new tools and ideas, and the ones that work are adopted across the company.
We’re now looking for a Senior Data Analyst — an experienced, hands-on individual contributor role covering the whole business. You will own analysis end to end, from framing the question to delivering a clear, data-backed recommendation, and build the AI tools that help the team and the business get answers faster.
We’re now looking for a Senior Data Analyst — an experienced, hands-on individual contributor role covering the whole business. You will own analysis end to end, from framing the question to delivering a clear, data-backed recommendation, and build the AI tools that help the team and the business get answers faster.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead ad-hoc and recurring analysis across the business, primarily commercial and product: operator and market performance, revenue drivers, game and portfolio performance, player KPIs and retention; support marketing, finance, engineering and other functions with analysis as needed
- Explain what drives changes in revenue (GGR) and turn findings into concise, decision-ready reports and presentations for senior management
- Build AI skills, plugins and agents that automate analysis, monitoring and reporting, and make them available to business users
- Define and maintain metrics and business logic in the semantic layer, so the company works from one set of definitions
- Replace manual recurring analysis with automated, self-serve outputs and alerts
- Own data quality in your domains: identify issues, trace them to the source and fix the definitions behind them
What Makes You A Strong Candidate:
- 5+ years as a data or business analyst, including at least 2 years in a senior role owning a domain end to end and presenting to senior management.
- B2B iGaming experience: at least 2 years as an analyst at a game provider, aggregator, platform or other B2B iGaming company, with working knowledge of GGR, RTP, operators, aggregators and regulated vs. unregulated markets.
- Hands-on experience building with AI: AI tools are a core part of your daily work, and you have built AI skills, plugins or agents that automate analysis or workflows for yourself and others.
- Expert SQL on large datasets in a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake or similar).
- Python for analysis and automation.
- Strong business judgement: you separate signal from noise and can explain why a number moved, not only that it did.
- Clear executive communication: you turn complex analysis into a short, plain-language recommendation.
- Ownership: comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines, without compromising accuracy.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Experience with a semantic or metrics layer (e.g. Jedify, dbt Semantic Layer, Cube, LookML, Cortex)
- Workflow automation (Workato, Zapier, n8n or similar)
- BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, engineering, computer science), or equivalent practical experience
What success looks like:
- First 30 days: you understand our data model, semantic layer and core business definitions, and have delivered your first analysis to a stakeholder
- By 90 days: you own analysis for your domains end to end, have shipped at least one AI skill, agent or automated analysis in regular use, and have evaluated existing workflows and proposed an improvement strategy
- By 6 months: you own a set of core metrics, agents and automations, your work is used regularly in commercial, product and other business decisions, and you have implemented and driven at least one AI initiative in analytics
