This isn't a role where you run a query and hand over a chart — we need someone who investigates properly, owns the accuracy of what they deliver, and can stand behind their findings in front of a stakeholder.
Write and maintain SQL in BigQuery, extracting and reconciling data across multiple campaign and CRM sources. Schema checks before you query, sanity checks before you scale — we'd rather you catch an issue early than ship a confident wrong answer.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to a first-pass standard: sources cited, methodology stated, limitations flagged
dig until you find the actual root cause rather than stopping at the first plausible explanation
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, framed around the decision they enable rather than just the numbers
Proficiency with Power BI or a similar visualisation tool.
Strong communication skills: able to translate a technical finding into something a non-technical stakeholder can act on

We file this job under Analyst, by the work the posting describes.
Analysts answer business questions with data. They pull numbers with SQL, build reports and dashboards, and explain what changed and why to the people making decisions.
Most postings ask for SQL, spreadsheets, a dashboard tool such as Tableau or Power BI, and clear writing.
Unlike a data scientist, an analyst mostly explains what happened rather than building models that predict what will.
