As a Senior AI & Data Scientist, you will help shape the future of client and employee experiences by leading advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and data science solutions that solve complex business challenges and create measurable value.
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of AI and Data Science professionals while partnering across business, product, engineering, risk, and operations teams to define AI roadmaps and move high-impact solutions from concept to production. Your ability to combine technical expertise, product thinking, project leadership, and sound decision-making will be key as you evaluate emerging technologies, influence enterprise AI strategy, and establish scalable practices for responsible AI, governance, MLOps, and enterprise deployment.
What you have
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, or Advanced Analytics

- Professional certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Agile, or Project Management
- Passion for mentoring and developing technical talent while fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
