Deep expertise in modern LLM techniques including fine-tuning, RAG systems, agentic AI, evaluation frameworks, and production deployment.
Leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex AI projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in English, Dutch, or French is required; additional languages are a plus.
What You Bring - A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees (MSc or PhD) are a plus. - At least 4 years of professional experience in AI, with a strong focus on Data, Machine Learning, LLMs, or generative AI.
