With our global reach, we ensure the global supply chain has access to the Flash memory it needs to keep our world moving forward. **Description** We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Program Manager to lead strategic digital transformation initiatives across Global Supply Chain and Operations. This role will drive large-scale business and technology transformation programs focused on modernizing planning, manufacturing, procurement, fulfillment, and operational decision-making through advanced analytics, optimization, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI technologies. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to business and technology leaders, managing complex multi-year programs that deliver measurable business value through process transformation, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, digital supply chain capabilities, and AI-enabled decision support solutions. This role requires a unique combination of program leadership, supply chain expertise, business process transformation, advanced analytics, and emerging technology knowledge to enable the next generation of intelligent and autonomous supply chain operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead enterprise-wide supply chain and operations transformation programs from strategy through deployment and value realization • Lead initiatives focused on improving forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, customer fulfillment performance, manufacturing efficiency, and supply chain resiliency. • Lead development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions that enable proactive and data-driven business decisions. • Partner with Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to create scalable reporting, forecasting, and optimization capabilities. • Drive implementation of predictive and prescriptive analytics across key supply chain processes. • Develop executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and KPI frameworks using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms. • Lead adoption of AI and Generative AI capabilities across supply chain and operations functions. • Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases that improve planning effectiveness, operational efficiency, and decision quality. • Drive implementation of Gen AI solutions that enhance planner productivity, automate knowledge discovery, enable conversational analytics, and improve decision support. • Champion emerging technologies including AI agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), Copilot solutions, and intelligent automation platforms. • Lead initiatives leveraging Operations Research, optimization, simulation, and modeling techniques to improve supply chain performance • Drive deployment of Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO), Network Optimization, Supply and Capacity Planning Models, Supply Allocation Models, Demand Forecasting Models, Inventory Health Analytics, Scenario Planning and Simulation Frameworks • Support development of Digital Twin capabilities that enable real-time visibility, predictive insights, and business scenario analysis. • Communicate program progress, value realization, key decisions, and risk mitigation strategies to leadership teams. • Influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups QUALIFICATIONS: Required: • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale supply chain, operations, digital transformation, and enterprise technology programs. • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business impact. • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning and execution processes. • Experience implementing advanced planning platforms such as Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, or Oracle SCP. • Strong expertise in Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Predictive Modeling, Optimization Techniques, Process Transformation • Exceptional communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, and influence skills. Preferred: • PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications. • Experience working with Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Copilot Technologies • Experience with cloud-based analytics and AI platforms such as Azure AI, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or equivalent. • Experience implementing Digital Twin, Supply Chain Control Tower, or Autonomous Planning solutions. • Knowledge of Operations Research and optimization methodologies.
