YOU ARE:

A strategic, curious analytics leader who thrives on turning complex data into decisions. You bring deep web and conversion analysis expertise, enjoy partnering across business and technical teams, and communicate findings clearly to leaders and delivery teams alike. You take ownership, set high standards for data quality, and raise the bar for analytics across the organization.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Lead deep-dive analyses to identify friction points, emerging trends, and the underlying drivers of performance.
  • Support experimentation by developing hypotheses, sizing opportunities, defining test metrics, evaluating results, and recommending next steps.
  • Validate analytics implementations and data quality; document tracking requirements and partner with technical teams to resolve gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Create forecasts, benchmarks, and business cases that help prioritize the eCommerce roadmap and investment decisions.
  • Present concise, decision-ready insights to senior leaders and influence action through clear data storytelling.
  • Establish analytical standards, reusable methodologies, and best practices while mentoring analysts and business partners.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing conversion funnels, customer journeys, digital merchandising, and campaign performance.
  • Working knowledge of tagging, data layers, event taxonomies, identity resolution, and analytics quality assurance.
