  • Contribute to Best Practices: Play an active role in establishing and refining formal data practices, architectures, and engineering standards for the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, analysts, and senior engineers to turn business needs into technical reality.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 1+ years of professional experience designing, building, and operating configurable data pipelines handling high-volume and high-velocity datasets.
  • Hands-on experience working in public cloud environments (GCP or AWS).

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate smoothly with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Someone who thinks big, takes calculated risks, innovates, dives deep to get things done, and is endlessly curious, always learning, and committed to hiring and developing the best.
  • Someone who is hands-on daily pair programming using AI coding tools (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor), with complete ownership of reviewing and debugging it. Should have good judgment about where they help and where human review matters.
  • Has shipped features using AI pair programming, and not just experimented.
