Job description
This role is hybrid opportunity for candidates to work in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from our Seattle office and work remotely all other days . We can consider highly qualified candidates on a remote only basis who reside outside of these three areas.
Redfin is one of the most recognized names in residential real estate, a technology-powered brokerage and search platform that has spent two decades reshaping how people find, tour, buy, sell, and rent a home.
Redfin is now part of Rocket Companies (NYSE: RKT), joining Rocket Mortgage,
Mr. Cooper, Rocket Homes, Rocket Close, Rocket Money, and Rocket Loans in a single connected ecosystem spanning search, financing, closing, servicing, and everyday personal finance. That combination puts Redfin at the front of the largest homeownership platform in the country, and gives its product teams a view of the client journey that no standalone portal or brokerage can match.
Redfin is seeking a Sr. Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts covering activation and optimization across Redfin and Rentals. Your team optimizes user-facing product experiences and programs through experimentation, measurement, and analysis that improve engagement, retention, conversion, and inventory outcomes across the for-sale and rentals B2C funnels.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You will lead and develop a large team while staying close to the work yourself, shaping methodology, raising the quality bar, and serving as the analytical voice senior product and business leaders turn to on the hardest growth questions.
About the role

- Drive measurement and optimization of user-facing product experiences and lifecycle programs that move engagement, retention, conversion, and inventory outcomes.
- Own rentals B2C growth analytics: renter acquisition and activation, search and discovery, lead quality, listing and inventory health, and the tradeoffs between renter demand and supply-side outcomes.
- Build durable measurement foundations, including KPI frameworks, funnel and cohort diagnostics, dashboards, and a recurring business review rhythm that leaders actually use.
- Design and maintain scalable analytical assets in Snowflake, including well-modeled datasets, shared metric definitions, and self-serve Tableau analytics that reduce one-off request volume.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance on complex cross-functional growth problems, and represent analytics in senior forums.
- Set the analytical strategy for major product and growth investments, helping teams understand performance, unit economics, incrementality, and tradeoffs and owns the quarterly analytics roadmap, prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities.
- Embed AI into how the team works, accelerating exploratory analysis, code generation, documentation, and synthesis, with guardrails appropriate to a regulated environment.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans, and translate results into recommendations senior leaders can act on.
- Hire thoughtfully as the team grows, and build the bench through coaching and direct feedback.
