Some projects will end in a polished design. In others, the right call is to take it into code, whether that's a working prototype or a production-ready feature you ship yourself. You'll move comfortably across both, choosing what each problem needs.

To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!

Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

About us

Fever is the leading global live-entertainment discovery platform, helping millions of people every month find and enjoy the best experiences in their cities. We combine technology, data and creativity to power experiences in hundreds of cities worldwide, and we work with creators and partners to bring them to life.

The Data and AI team sits at the core of Fever's data-driven philosophy, driving how Fever makes rigorous decisions and builds bleeding-edge technology. We are growing a new group of Design Engineers who will design and build across all of Fever's products, from B2C to B2B, using data to guide every decision and making those products not just correct, but delightful, fast and genuinely useful.

About the role

Think. Design. Build. If that's how you like to work, this role could be for you.

As a Design Engineer you'll shape Fever products end to end, from B2C to B2B: understanding the problem, defining the solution and designing it with real craft. Some projects will end in a polished design. In others, the right call is to take it into code, whether that's a working prototype or a production-ready feature you ship yourself. You'll move comfortably across both, choosing what each problem needs.

What you'll do

  • Work on high-impact projects across Fever: discovery surfaces like the feed and our AI-powered assistant, critical reports and data-driven decision-making tools for our partners and internal teams, immersive funnels, and innovative initiatives that drive the business and raise the quality of our products.
  • Frame problems with users and PMs, decide what's worth building and validate your own hypotheses with data (SQL, dashboards, metrics).
  • Design and prototype interfaces for any Fever product, from B2C to B2B, with a high bar for craft.
  • When it makes sense, take your designs into code, from working prototypes to production-ready features, and work with engineers through GitHub, development and production environments.
  • Use AI as part of your everyday workflow to explore more ideas, prototype and move faster.

About you

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong background and solid knowledge of front-end development.
  • Product thinker: you know what building product means, starting from user problems, business needs and impact rather than features, and you can explain your trade-offs.
  • Designer with taste: a polished eye and elevated craft, shown in a portfolio that also explains the thinking behind the work.
  • Strong front-end: solid HTML/CSS, responsive layouts and design systems, plus JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework such as React. You feel at home with Git, pull requests and dev/prod environments.
  • Data-fluent: you're comfortable using SQL, dashboards and metrics to test your ideas and make decisions.
  • Technologist: you love technology and building software, and you always want to understand the why behind things.
  • AI-native with judgment: you've adopted AI as a superpower, not an obligation. You verify what it produces, protect sensitive data and never ship code you don't understand.
  • You read "think, design and build" and think: that's me.
  • A portfolio is required. Please share one that shows your product thinking, your design craft and the things you've built, including front-end work where relevant. Applications without a portfolio won't be considered.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing data-heavy products or building with LLMs.
  • Side projects that show what you build for fun.

Benefits & Perks

  • Flexible schedule
  • Bonus
  • Stock options
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Health insurance from Day 1
  • English or Spanish Lessons
  • Wellhub Membership
  • Cobee (tax free allowance on restaurants and transport)
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow
