Proficiency in Python and relevant data-analysis tools and libraries, with the ability to analyze large and complex engineering datasets.
Experience developing and applying machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, anomaly detection, pattern recognition, or other advanced analytics methodologies.
Experience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI and Tableau, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable engineering insights.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives, solve challenging engineering problems, and influence cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, memory products, product engineering, yield engineering, manufacturing analytics, or quality/reliability is highly desirable. Experience with DRAM or HBM products would be an advantage.

As a Staff Engineer within the HIG HBM Product Engineering Advanced Data Analytics team, you will play a key technical leadership role in advancing data-driven engineering capabilities for HBM products.

As a senior technical contributor, you will provide technical mentorship, influence engineering direction, and drive innovation and AI-enabled ways of working across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within and outside HBM to solve complex engineering challenges and achieve strategic and tactical objectives, with a strong focus on Quality, Cost, Cycle Time, and Scale.
