Process
- Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIs
- First contact for issues escalation within P2P process (Supplier Master Data)
- Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
- Performing P2P (Supplier Master Data) controls
- Advising other team members in terms of P2P (Supplier Master Data) process matters
- Introduce Improvements within P2P process (Supplier Master Data)
Coordination:
- Coordinate completion of P2P (Supplier Master Data) processes
- Delegate tasks
- Distribute the workload and supervise the team in day-to-day operations
- Managing HR Matters
- Communicate deadlines
- Monitor the team performance
- Resolve or escalate any process issues
- Attend and lead team meetings
- Prepare reports
- Building relationship with the countries during day-to-day operations
Communication:
- Point of contact to the affiliates management
- Report to GBS manager
- Provide the guideline to the team based on the management decisions
