Accountable for leading and supporting all initiatives such as developing business solutions, Data Quality and successful implementation of solution designed across all geographic regions and Bunge’s businesses. Has broad responsibility for driving alignment across multiple business functional areas to define & execute the project scope and deliverables. This role is viewed as a techno-functional expert in the Master Data Management domain for Customer and Suppliers data type. He/She will be required to collaborate with a multiple Bunge stakeholder spread across the globe from Business, IT and others stakeholder in order to define and achieve a mutually agreed outcome in the master data domains. Delivers technical and functional leadership for complex master data solutions and can mentor others in the organization. May provide work direction / general guidance to other team members as a functional and technical lead.</li> </ul> KEY FUNCTIONS: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Responsible for the end-to-end business requirements (Solutioning – S4 HANA Data Management) – requirement gathering, translate into Functional specifications. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Engage with business to gather requirements, workshops, features listing, Prioritizing, negotiation of scope and priorities with business. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Define Project sequence, scope and deliverables as the functional global lead. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead for business UAT, organize the business UAT test scenarios, triage business test defects. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Functional/technical leader of large, complex global projects. Accountabilities across multiple functional and technical areas with a wide range of complexity. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Manages scope & deliverables of strategic projects to ensure a successful outcome that is aligned to business, IT, and domain priorities. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drives implementation of master data solutions on time and without affecting or impacting business processes. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Builds relationships with internal and external service providers and support teams to ensure effective project delivery. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Actively guides and inspires project teams (Business, IT Services, and Delivery Partner) so that they understand the vision and deliverables for the project. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Works directly with business, IT, and BBS resources to align on requirements and solutions. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maintains in-depth understanding of processes and capability needs for master data. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Creating and maintaining data policies; significant contribution to strategic direction on governing master data. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to address business needs and address them appropriately in a timely manner. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives; consults and shares knowledge across organization; full awareness of industry trends related to master data around both ‘Customer and Supplier’.</li> </ul> DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND REQUIEREMENTS: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Direct experience delivering large Data Migration / SAP MDG-HANA Implementation / Data Governance / Data Management solutions. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Hands-on knowledge of key technologies including SAP MDG, S4 HANA, Data Lake, Data Model and MDM. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent knowledge and domain expertise in Master Data Management – Customer & Supplier </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Domain expertise and experience with Data Dictionaries and Metadata management.</li> </ul> MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE: Education required/ preferred: • B.Tech / MCA / BE <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience: • Minimum 13-15 years of professional data management experience playing the role of functional lead / functional architect/data architect in global master data domain independently. Enterprise Data Management • MUST have Minimum 8 to 10 years of providing business solution (Data Enrichment, Data Migration) and working experience in SAP HANA & MDG/MDM. • Minimum 8 years of experience working and leading in Data Quality and governance. • Strong experience in working directly with business clients driving requirements workshop, finalization and prioritization of requirements and requirements negotiations with the business stakeholder’s expectation management. • Experience in translating business requirements into functional (information/data) design, establishing data models and preferably converting functional design to technical design. • Have a good understanding of the Data Life Cycle Management • Strong experience in working closely with SAP HANA data structures and interface. • Experience with FMCG / CPG (Consumer Products Group) organizations is preferable. • Strong leadership and service delivery skills . • Cultivates networking opportunities with peer organizations. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams in offsite and remote locations. • Able to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones</li> </ul><hr> At Bunge (NYSE: BG), our purpose is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
