About the location:

Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lāna’i, a kid’s club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. Built on lava outcroppings, the award-winning Jack Nicklaus-signature golf course features ocean views on every hole. TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION & DATA (TID) SPECIALIST 

The Four Seasons Resorts Lāna’i is looking for passionate individuals, where you will create exceptional guest experiences, showcase your expertise and enthusiasm, and embody the Golden Rule in every interaction.   

The onsite Technology Innovation & Data (TID) Specialist supports the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of property technology systems, data infrastructure, and voice communications across Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi, Sensei Lānaʻi, and related entities, including remote offices. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Provide day-to-day technical support for property technology systems, including user account administration, help desk support, software updates, security patching, and system monitoring. 

• Maintain and support critical business systems, including Property Management Systems, guest internet and in-room technologies, Point-of-Sale platforms, servers, and end-user devices. 

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues to ensure reliable and secure technology services. 

• Support compliance with corporate technology standards, PCI requirements, privacy regulations, and information security policies. 

• Assist with technology implementations, system upgrades, user training, and departmental projects to enhance operational efficiency. 

• Monitor system performance and help ensure the availability and stability of critical technology infrastructure. 

• Build strong working relationships across departments by providing responsive, service-oriented technology support. 

• Communicate effectively with employees and department leaders to understand business needs and deliver technology solutions. 

• Assist Technology Innovation & Data leadership with daily departmental operations and administrative responsibilities. 

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations related to technology systems and telecommunications.

WHAT TO BRING 

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States 

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required. 

• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts  

• Previous experience in hotel Technology Innovation & Data or Technical background, MCSE or similar network qualifications are desired but not required   

• Customer service oriented, attention to detail, ability to maintain an organized workspace, maintain professionalism and composure in a high-paced, high-volume environment
