Job description
Drive user growth by turning analytics into business impact
At Resmed, you’ll transform how we understand and grow our connected-device user base. As the User Data Growth Analytics Lead, you’ll lead the measurement framework that explains what drives user engagement, retention, and expansion—and how those dynamics connect directly to demand and revenue. In this role, you’ll help Resmed make smarter, faster decisions about how to grow value across millions of active users.
You’ll collaborate across Finance, Product, and Commercial teams to connect insights from our digital ecosystem, including myAir and AirView, with the financial performance that drives our continued growth. Your analysis will shape trusted metrics, forecasting models, and next-generation analytics products that help connect patient engagement to commercial outcomes.
You’ll bring a consumer-first lens to healthcare, building experimental approaches that move quickly from analysis to action. This is your chance to help Resmed evolve the way we measure and grow user outcomes—by teaching us new ways to think about engagement and retention.
What you’ll do
- Define the analytics foundation - Own and evolve the measurement framework for our user base, shaping clear KPIs for engagement, retention, and experience enhancement across connected platforms.

Elevate actionable insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions, drive cross-functional accountability, and strengthen business performance.
- Shape scalable data products - Collaborate with Data and Technology partners to improve data quality, streamline KPI governance, and develop reliable, curated datasets and dashboards that enable self-service analytics across teams.
- Move fast, measure impact, and evolve - Discover opportunities in the data, test hypotheses, measure results, and quickly refine strategies based on what the insights reveal.
- Build agile forecasts and size opportunities - Develop models to measure potential impacts of strategic efforts—estimating how movement in retention, resupply, or engagement metrics could translate into revenue uplift or cost efficiency.
- Drive accountability through always-on measurement - Create visibility with regular tracking and interpretation of performance trends. Go beyond reporting, explaining why metrics shift and what actions should follow.
- Champion thought leadership - Represent Retain & Expand analytics in leadership forums, act as a strategic partner in business planning, and guide discussions on how to measure success across Resmed’s evolving user base.
