. Lead analytics-led process discovery and diagnosis

·         Lead complex, end-to-end process studies across functions, business units, legal entities and technology platforms.

·         Apply descriptive analytics to establish baselines for volume, demand, cycle time, queue time, throughput, rework, exceptions, cost, quality, risk and customer outcomes.

·         Use diagnostic analytics and Lean Six Sigma techniques to distinguish symptoms from root causes across process design, policy, data, technology, controls, capability, capacity and governance.

·         Use process mining, task mining and event-log analysis to identify variants, bottlenecks, hidden rework, control loops, manual interventions and conformance issues.

2. Design dashboards, KPI frameworks and decision intelligence

·         Design audience-specific dashboards and KPI frameworks that add context and move leaders from reactive reporting to proactive decision-making.

·         Create visual narratives that connect strategic objectives, customer outcomes, process performance, risk, cost and benefit realisation.

·         Define leading and lagging indicators for productivity, quality, control effectiveness, SLA performance, customer friction, straight-through processing and exception rates.

·         Ensure dashboards are reliable, governed and decision-oriented, with clear data definitions, thresholds, commentary, action triggers and ownership.
