&lt;li&gt;Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key decisions and process improvements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with the Supply Chain Order Routing Data Science team to contribute to the team’s mission of reducing costs and improving Chewy’s customers’ experience.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Analyze demand and resource requirements against available resources to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to solve for resource constraints&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and various technological platforms&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Respond to high priority requests from senior business leaders&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary data sets&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;What You&#x27;ll Need:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;BS degree in Business: Supply Chain, Information Management, Data Science or related field&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3-5 years of professional experience in any aspect of Supply Chain&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience of dealing with results, metrics, and data with a desire to create new processes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tableau, Excel, and SQL expertise&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Python experience is a plus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of data warehousing and database management systems&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Understanding of descriptive statistics. Generic understand of basic inferential statistics is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven ability looking at solutions in unconventional ways. Sees opportunities and can lead the way, ability to work with shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Top notch communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms and an ability to effectively communicate with technical teams&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
