&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven 2-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in consulting, healthcare or life sciences industry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous data into actionable insights and solutions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (both technical &amp;amp; non-technical).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A curiosity about the U.S. healthcare system is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;This is an in office role and can be performed from either our New York or Pittsburgh location.&lt;/li&gt;
