&lt;p&gt;The Claims Reprocessing Analyst is responsible for the completion of all reprocessing tasks and claims adjustments in a timely manner. These involve claims reprocessing and adjustments for all lines of business including commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare. Part of the job is to collaborate with the issue management team to ensure tasks related to Abarca’s clients are completed satisfactorily. &lt;p&gt;As the Rx Customer Service Specialist, you will serve at the front line of all incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails and faxes) with pharmacies, beneficiaries and prescribers.&amp;nbsp; You will use Rx Platform and other resources as necessary to resolve caller’s needs. Furthermore, you’re the best at it because great customer service is definitely a skill you were born with.&lt;/p&gt;

Like Johnny Mnemonic, your role is to determine and implement the best technique for extracting data from a source system and moving it to the BI system. You will understand and implement a variety of diverse BI acquisition techniques while ensuring compliance with all standards. (Don’t worry your brain and data capacity shall not be compromised.) The mnemonic courier must also ensure that project deliverables are consistent with long-term infrastructure plans. Obviously, this role is an integral component of the organization&#x27;s Business Intelligence department delivering BI through Intelligence and Informatics.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Understand the data structure and meaning in both the source and the target BI systems. (Data can’t be unlocked without an encryption key, right?)&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Adapt ETL processes to accommodate changes in source systems and new business user requirements&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Building and unit testing data transformation, source data transport, and population processes for environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assisting the BI Team in delivering information and analytic solutions to the company’s key stakeholders, including members of the various business units, internal/external providers, and internal staff. (Hence the use of “courier” as a proper title.)&lt;/li&gt;
