Who we are

Path is a healthtech company dedicated to making mental health care work for everyone. Path takes a patient-first approach, where treatment is more accessible, personalized, and effective. With Path, it’s easy to find a high-quality therapist or psychiatrist who accepts insurance and is actively accepting new patients.

What we’re solving

Over 65 million Americans have a treatable mental health issue — that’s 1 in 5 people. Today it’s difficult to find a provider, and for those with complicated conditions, it’s nearly impossible to find coordinated care. We’re here to fix this.

Our Mission

Path's mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone.

The Role

Come join a center of excellence for Go to Market operations where you can refine your skills and find endless opportunities to impact the growth of our company. Our team is driven by first principles, takes a rigorous approach to the product life cycle, and cares deeply about supporting one another to constantly grow. Our work has earned the trust of leaders across the company, so there is no shortage of buy-in to make things happen.

This role specifically provides an opportunity to work on a topic that is critical to the success of both our mission and our financial model. Psychiatric services are one of the most difficult healthcare services to get access to in America, and you will be critical to expanding this business and helping more patients get the care they need. Additionally, this new business line represents a massive opportunity for Path to grow.

  • Past experience owning the optimization of a business unit/function/workstream with a massive amount of conflicting priorities. • Strong analytical skills. Should be an analytical whiz and have excelled in whatever data tools past roles have involved.
    • Advanced SQL. Can write your own queries using aggregations, analytic functions, CTEs, etc.
  • Strong instincts on how to set up processes that are efficient and will scale well. Experience designing, documenting, training, and rolling out new processes and software.
  • Comfortable writing technical requirements, project plans, experiment results, project updates, and strategy documents. Crisp communicator who takes the time to understand their audience and the key points they need to get across.

Preferred

  • Past experience in healthcare - telehealth/psychiatry preferred
  • Past experience in Go-to-market operations, Revenue Operations, Product Operations or Product Management
