About the Role

The VP of Product at Sibros will be responsible for leading the Product Development Team in the execution of development activities to enhance Sibros product's brand image in the market and achieve the sales performance target. The VP of Product will manage the product development techniques from the conceptualization to the final execution and market release. We are looking for individuals with proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new, ambiguous projects. This position requires a solid product management background, and the candidate should be customer-focused with a passion for the cloud.

The VP of Product responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading, managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers and related personnel
  • Identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
  • Guiding our customers and partners with technical insights to provide Deep Connected Platform offerings as well as implementation guidance to ensure performance and sustainability of the product platforms for the long-term
  • Working closely with the Product Marketing team to create strategic marketing plans for each product
  • Owning the product roadmap and communicating with C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders
  • Defining pricing and competitive positioning for each product
  • Driving innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action
  • Building incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers
  • Becoming the key evangelist of Deep Connected Platform and participate in press activities, conferences, discussions with thought leaders and market analysts
  • Collaborating with the Engineering Team to define deliverables, roadmaps, and accompanying documentation for successful completion of customer engagements
  • Interfacing with technical partner teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improving our capabilities
  • Bringing an eye for user experience and design to ensure features drive high adoption and customer delight

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience as a product leader performing relevant and innovative product management job functions; ideally with a focus on international business
  • Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization
  • People leader with demonstrated success in leading and mentoring the research, design, and development team
  • Strategic & creative thinker with the ability to craft go-to-market strategies and campaigns in collaboration with marketing
  • Demonstrated knowledge of operational issues with (portfolio management, risk management, etc.)
  • Relevant professional experience managing complex software development efforts, including tools & processes, breaking down and estimating work, prioritization and issue management
  • Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process
  • Able to distill product roadmaps into digestible and relevant presentations to key customers and partners
  • Drive product analytics to understand feature usage, comprehension, and optimization
  • Excellent analytical abilities with strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on early-stage projects in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change
  • A background in working on product management in the following areas: cloud, IoT and vehicle software

Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $250,000 - $300,000 + equity + benefits.  Our salary ranges are determined by role and level.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, benefits, or any discretionary bonus components.
