Under direct supervision you will provide administrative support to various team members.   This role will be done working in the Buffalo office as required.  Full or part time work hour schedules will be considered.


  • Assist with the creation of job posting templates.
  • May participate in the preparation of employee engagement surveys.
  • Assist with updates to policies and procedures and record retention.
  • Help with updates to our Learning Management System.
  • Work with various team members on a company intranet project.
  • Support the benefits team with filing documentation and other assignments as needed.
  • Other duties as required.


  • Qualified candidates will experience or knowledge in Human Resources.
  • Experience in legal, accounting, building design or construction industry a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects. Accuracy / Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to follow-up on outstanding items and follow-through with tasks.
  • Able to handle confidential information is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
