In the NOCD app, members can quickly access and schedule live, face-to-face video therapy sessions with our national network of licensed therapists that specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) - considered the "gold standard" in OCD treatment.

The Role:

NOCD is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to play an integral role in building a best-in-class recruiting engine and candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of collaborating with hiring managers to effectively identify and engage top talent. This candidate excels in a fast paced, dynamic environment where egoless questioning is welcomed.


  • Manage full cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, understand competencies required for success and build an interview process that effectively assesses fit
  • Develop innovative and effective processes for engaging top talent and building a talent pipeline (both active and passive)
  • Regularly track and analyze key recruiting metrics to share with internal stakeholders, assess the success of our recruiting strategies and propose solutions as needed
  • Advise hiring managers on compensation recommendations and negotiate successful offer acceptance with finalist candidates
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and recruiting practices


  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience working autonomously to manage multiple requisitions across various departments
  • Solid track record of developing candidate pipelines
  • Effective communicator who is known for their ability to build trust amongst hiring managers and other key stakeholders
  • Solution-focused and passionate about finding innovative ways to solve recruiting challenges
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to act with urgency to seamlessly manage multiple, evolving priorities
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and professional networks (e.g. GreenHouse ATS, AppCast, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
