Sales Director

At eko, we create customizable, choice-driven videos to help eCommerce retailers effectively engage and convert customers. As we move into a SaaS model and extend our solution to more companies, we are looking for a Sales Director who is passionate about working on the cutting edge of tech and commerce to join our team!. 

Our dream candidates experienced in SaaS mid-market sales with average deal sizes of $15-25k, and has an ambition to build  successful sales pipelines. If you know there can be a more humanized  experience to be had online, we want to show you what we’re doing… and if you love being one of our first salespeople in the door to help shape an offering and a sales cycle, we want to talk to you. Join our mission and establish eko as the essential interactive online shopping tool for retailers and brands by driving the adoption of our one-of-a-kind technology platform.

YOU WILL...

  • Lead sales from strategy to close and bring our tested solutions to the market.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition to eCommerce retailers and brands, creating excitement among prospects.
  • Develop, negotiate, and close platform license deals, partnering cross-functionally to meet eko’s company goals.
  • Evolve eko’s go-to-market strategies by analyzing our current business plan and partnering cross-functionally to develop action plans for those strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to build the most compelling sales collateral.
  • Work alongside the product and customer success teams to identify areas of discovery and leverage feedback received during the sales process.

 

OUR DREAM CANDIDATE HAS…

  • 5-7+ years of B2B/SaaS sales experience, including experience selling directly to mid-market retailers and D2C brands with average deal sizes of $15-25k. 
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams in the enterprise/SaaS space. 
  • Experience with both inside and outside sales and selling a new-to-market offering. 
  • Enthusiasm to be part of defining new solutions and writing the playbook for our platform sales success.
