Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks an IT Applications Administrator II in San Diego, CA to support Atlassian suite and other global IT Application products. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience monitoring IT Application support queues and ensuring a timely response and resolution to incoming requests. Prior experience must include three (3) years of performing application platform maintenances and upgrades; managing and administering Atlassian software application products including JIRA and Confluence; working with customer teams on configuring and managing their workflows, user accounts, custom fields, and dashboards in JIRA; monitoring server usage and working with DevOps team to maintain architectural integrity; working on process automation using scripting and integration platforms; installing, configuring, testing, and managing plug-ins; administering and solving user access and permissions issues for Project Management Tools including Trello and Wrike applications; and participating in technology-focused risk mitigation planning.
