Outstanding opportunity to join our B2B team as a Partner Relationship Manager here at Betsson Group.

The Wow

As a Partner Relationship Manager, you further solidify our presence in our B2B markets, this role involves creating and building long term relationships with new and established partners as well as internally, while supporting said partners in their day to day business. 

You will be the link between our partners and internal stakeholders, striving to keep our partners satisfied with our services while holding strong internal relationships. 

You're good at

Besides being a pro-active and goal oriented individual, you can demonstrate the following skills: 

  • You are client focused and solution oriented.
  • High level understanding of iGaming organization/structure with a minimum of 3 years experience working within the sector.
  • Understanding of Sportsbook and/or Casino.
  • You are able to clearly understand a partner request, break it down and clearly communicate these needs to internal stake holders at various levels.
  • You have experience creating reports/presentations.
  • You are able to manage multiple requests/relationships simultaneously.
  • Computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Be able to think quickly and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or education/training within a specific gaming area would be considered an asset.

A flavour of what you'll be doing

  • Operating as the point of contact for assigned partners.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with partners.
  • Making sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
  • Communicating clearly client needs and demands to internal stakeholders.
  • Forecasting and tracking client account metrics.
  • Managing projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Coordinating with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Servicing multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
  • Supplying C-Level Management with a variety of reports.
