Location: Onsite support required for Columbia Maryland and Washington DC required
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Help Desk Support Associate to join the Ad Hoc IT Department. The Help Desk Support Associate is responsible for assisting team members with information technology issues through a ticketing system, as well as software licensing and installation. This position serves as the first point of contact for team members and handles equipment set up for team members onboarding and offboarding. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills in addition to the ability to manage assets and provide tier 1 level IT support to our internal clients.
Experience with troubleshooting both Mac and Windows Environment is required. Experience with management of SaaS applications is preferred.
