&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;As an Aesthetic Sales Consultant at AirSculpt®, you will:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient&#39;s journey.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle other tasks as assigned by management.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience using a CRM tool&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work weekends as required by business needs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bilingual (English/Spanish)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preferred but Not Required:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Salesforce experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Physical Demands&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Base salary of $50K with total annual compensation range of $100-125,000+&lt;/p&gt;
